These melt-in-your-mouth gnocchi combine some of the favorite ingredients of Northern Italy. Learn the simple, but little known process of gnocchi making, preparing these bite-size dumplings from scratch. Tips and tools will be covered and the traditional technique of rolling each dumpling along the back of a fork’s tines will be mastered.Also prepare a Gorgonzola cream sauce with sage to top them off.
